Food is great! Especially the Toscan chicken and all the soups. Great French fries and lasagne.

On the last day of a Fall trip we stopped in for breakfast at Berardi's Family Restaurant on a warm October Friday morning. The full parking lot had the lovely aroma of hamburger - the sign of a perfectly seasoned grill. My wife and I were seated quickly at the back which gave us a view of the whole restaurant. Full of people -- families, retirees, people eating before work -- the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our server -- Linda-- was friendly, chatty, efficient and took excellent care of us. The coffee was delicious and our cups runneth over with frequent refills. My wife's country omelet was perfect. Cheesy, crisp onions and simply delicious. The homefry heaven was indeed heaven on a plate. The two biscuits were obviously homemade. The sausage gravy was just this side of heaven! Creamy with a captivating sausage taste. The layer of homefrys underneath the eggs, cheese and layer of sausage gravy were crisp and well done. It was a meal that I will remember for quite some time. If you find yourself in Huron. Eat here. Stop in and relax. Best to come with an empty stomach because you will fill it. I know that I did. Be sure to ask for Linda she was incredible!

A friendly, small town restaurant with awesome Walleye, cole slaw that's homemade yummy and great twice-baked potatoes! Add great service, a fair price, and you've got yourself a winner!

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Seated quickly. Quick and pleasant service. Had a great Greek salad with grill chicken and off I went. No complaints.

Wow! Everything we had tested fresh, not from a can or a bag. I ll the family had burgers, they all said it was delicious! I had the tuna salad. It was fresh, sweet, with a kiss of onion. With it, I had the fries! Hands the best fries I have ever had. Hands down. I had a salad with the house dressing. It was a sweet and sour dressing, that was fresh, with a touch of honey, sour, which gives off a French vibe.

Breakfast, lunch, or dinner, Berardis serves up some of the best, traditional American food you'll find anywhere. The interior is comfortable and they are almost always busy. You can get a simple glass of wine or a beer, but this isn't a bar -- this is a family restaurant, owned and operated by local families who take pride in what they do. No matter what you order, it's going to taste great. Breakfast? I love the Berardis Classic breakfast; pot roast skillet; and any of the omelets. The quinoa patties are fabulous (although as a celiac, I can't eat them anymore). My husband swears they have the best sausage gravy in the area (he's a connoisseur) ; always orders a biscuit, or two, and often orders their pancakes or French toast. Linda; Barb; and Ellen have been serving up breakfast sass, smiles and laughter for as long as I've lived in Huron, and they now help me navigate my celiac. Lunch? Try ANY of the salads; they have great burgers; delicious perch and other sandwiches. And for God's sake -- GET THE FRIES! And the SEAFOOD BISQUE! And CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES! Dinner? Love the lasagna; beef tips (I order them rare); and the haddock. Truly delicious. Huron is hometown proud of Berardis -- simply an easy, good-meal-reliable way to meet up with friends, and staff that feels like family.

Went here twice during my trip to Huron - once for dinner and once for breakfast. Both times my meals were delicious. For dinner I got the seafood bisque to start, which was creamy and had plenty of seafood, as well as the meatloaf dinner with green beans and mashed potatoes. The meatloaf was probably the best I've ever had. Both meals I had to take leftovers home as the portion sizes were generous. Prices are also very reasonable. Our server for breakfast, Alexa, was outstanding; you can tell she really cares about her job and making sure customers are happy. I recommend Berardi's for a delicious meal in Huron.
